KDF Construction & Development was contacted by The Briar Patch Child Care Centers’ owner Darleen to have some playground patio improvements completed.

KDF removed and disposed of the old rotten timber ties, and repositioned and leveled all the re-useable timbers.  New pressure treated timber ties were installed round the inner perimeter between the mulched play area and the concrete patio surface. 

KDF also performed minor landscape maintenance around the work area including weed whacking and pressure washing of the old pitted concrete deck. Complete resurfacing using Quickrete concrete repair mix and bonding adhesive.  785 Sq foot application of Duracoat “Mocha” Concrete Texturing and Epoxyshield Concrete Resin Sealant.
