KDF Construction & Development was contracted by the Hauck Family to execute a complete bathroom & kitchen demolition and renovation.   The kitchen renovation included demolition and widening of the doorway entry, installation of new cabinets, flooring, backsplash and appliances including new overhead exhaust range, and connection of all water and electrical connections required.

The bathroom renovation included demolition and removal of ceiling tiles, old fixtures and cabinetry.  The installation of new shower surround and sliding door, new clean ceiling finishes, cabinets and flooring.    This project was completed for the Hauck family on schedule,  taking 12 days to complete and coming in on budget.
