Custom Lumber Deck & Overhang Replacement

KDF Construction & Development was contacted by the FVRD to demo and replace the existing deck and roof structure at the residential home located adjacent to the Hope Airpark. Existing footing and concrete were removed with a jackhammer, new spec’d footings and pedestals were installed. The deck and overhang were framed and inspected per the project requirements. Concrete pad landing was poured, and the deck boards and railings and soffit were installed next., Tie into the existing roof structure and vinyl decking applications were completed by a local roofing company and vinyl decking professional to complete the project.
