Bathroom Demo & Renovation

KDF Construction & Development was contracted by a local residential couple Ed & Dawn to assess and repair the bathroom in their rental suite. Upon investigations it was discovered that the toilet had been leaking during the previous tenant’s occupancy and as a result the substructure beneath the tub and toilet were compromised and sagging.

The bathroom renovation included demolition and disposal of the existing toilet, vanity, sub floor and installation of new vanity cabinets and sink, new toilet, new base board heater, reconnection of water and installation of new plumbing. The bathroom received new vinyl plank flooring, trim and fresh paint per the clients’ request.
